Thanks! Believe me, 10 mil. Greeks couldn't believe their eyes! I hope we'll play as well versus Spain and Russia and do the impossible: go to the next round! I'm sure many bettors lost great amounts of money yesterday! (tip: never bet on greece's matches - we're very unpredictable!) I'm waiting for France-England game too, I'm now watching the Switzerland-Croatia game and it's rather boring.. Michael

What a game though! Terrible mistake in the last minute which gave the french the chance to win the penalty! Next interesting match: Germany-Netherlands! Michael

What an incredible game ;D Never give up, never give up, I think it's the lesson of this match. It will be hard for the England team to forget these terrible last 3 minutes... In my opinion, 1-1 would have been a fair score. I wonder how the English tabloïds will comment this "HOLD-UP".

Never give up - true.. but when you have the greatest attacking players in the world (Zidane and Henry), nothing is over until the whistle goes! Let's look forward to Holland: Germany.. When is it again?

I am looking forward to that one too Josef.
Maybe i can hook up with Rebel and sAner and we can all dress-up in orange clothes and sing (with a cold heineken in our hands):
"Deutschland, Deutschland alles ist vorbei alles ist vorbei alles ist vorbei!"
;D ;D ;D

England certainly didn't deserve to lose, but that's football. They defended brilliantly for 91 minutes.
But anyway I'm not too upset because the team I play for managed a 2-2 draw on the weekend against the team who are top of the table and had won every game so far this season previously.
Next Saturday we are playing the team coming last. What's the bet we'll lose........

As an England supporter, I had a terrible time of it: Not only did England lose despite looking like they were going to win with only 5 minutes to play, but I had to suffer the humiliation of watching the whole game in a pub in Glasgow. (tip: Scotland always vigorously support whoever England are playing, in case you didn't know this already). How much worse can it get? At least we qualified, unlike them - kilt-wearing freaks .

Don't be so disappointed 1-1 is not so bad when you play against Germans (last world cup finalist).
By the way great goal of Ruud van Nistelrooy, also called "the NINJA" ;D

Amazing player! Ruud's goal was incredible! I liked Holland. It isn't easy to break a hard defence like the German one (or the English one from what I've seen so far).
This one is the hardest Group of all! I can see all games between Germany, Holland, Czech republic ending in draws!!
England played well but the problem was that they were facing one of the best (if not the best) teams in the world. France will go far in this tournament. I hope Holland will do the same..
