Maybe we can buy the quarter final place from the Greeks!

What a total disaster the euro2012 turned out to be for The Netherlands ...

Two of the three matches played, zero points for NL, 1 goal scored and stil a 12% chance to get through to the quarter finals.

You're right man! It's the WC where they have the 3rd place game. I think at one point, they used to have a 3rd place game in the Euros, but, not anymore, and not for a while. Thanks for pointing that out man! AC And what do you think of my predictions? Regards, Pieter

Hahaha! Well, 'years' was perhaps an understatement ... Btw: NL will play and lose the final again ... That's what I think at least. sAner

Okay, here's my 2 cents! Group A: Russia Czech Republic Poland Greece Group B: Netherlands Germany Portugal Denmark Group C: Spain Italy Croatia Ireland Group D: England France Ukraine Sweden Germany beats Russia Netherlands beats Czech Republic Spain beats France Italy beats England Spain beats Germany Netherlands beats Italy 1st - Spain 2nd - Netherlands 3rd - Germany 4th - Italy Ouch! The Orange squad loses another final! Correct me if I am wrong, but in European Championships there is no match between the losers of the semi finals, so how can be decided which team becomes third and which team becomes fourth?? Regards, Pieter

Hi guys, It took me more than half a year to notice this defining moment in time, but I just have to react. Mike, I have been here since you started this forum (even before you started using proboards) and I think you did an outstanding job! I have often wondered how you were able to do all of this. People really haven't got a clue how much time and effort it takes to run a forum like this, but I do, hence my admiration. You litteraly changed the g&w subculture and you did it on your own. I see you as mr. g&w. I take my hat off for you and I take a deep bow. I regret your decision, but I fully understand why you made it. Thank you for everything! I hope you will continue to visit the forum often, even though I don't. The g&w subculture can't miss you. And you know that! Even though it took most of us years to get used to Aris , I think he is the only person who can do the job. Aris, congrats! I know you're fit for the job and I know you will succeed! Cheers! Regards, sAner a.k.a. Pieter

Hi Alberries, Hehehe, I am sure you will try to get that mint collection in a speedy way aswell. Most collectors just can't help themselves. Regards, Pieter Ps- Is your son really just 12 years old? His arms are big! I was really big when I was 11 or 12 myself aswell. Didn't grow since then and I am 1.87 metres, so not extremely small. The other kids thought I was the teacher when we first met when the year started.

Nice collection! Unbelievable that you reached this stage within a year and a half ... A good friend of mine once told me the ride was more enjoyable when you drove slowly though. Regards, Pieter Ps-Your arms are almost as hairy as mine!
