That's what I like best of internet in particular and this forum especially; our English gets better all the time! And this is not meant as a joke. For once I am serious! sAner

Reproduction is either right or wrong, you can't have grey areas. -B Exactly!! You slammed the nail into the wall! Reproducing poly bags is not wrong, reproducing copyrighted stuff is. At least, this is the legal opinion. And as a lawyer, that's all I care for. I never wrote about nor suggested grey areas. Okay, that's all from me! Seriously; don't tempt me! ;D sAner

Brendan, You didn't address me, but there's one more thing I want to write about this matter. After that I'll refrain myself from reacting. Just for your interest ... Legally there is no problem whatsoever to reproduce plastic bags. There would be a problem if you would reproduce boxes, games, sticker-sheets, warning leaflets, caution sheets, intruction manuals, etc. And that's exactly what makes this a different matter. sAner Edit: Mike ... I do understand what you mean, but this is really very different than anything else. Reproducing plastic bags is legally not wrong. You obviously do not understand what I mean! That is my point. Don't pretend I don't know what I am talking about, just because I don't care about getting poly bags for my items. And in case you're interested, two of my ps games did came with a poly bag and I liked that. Your statement that we don't know what we are talking about and can't understand what you mean, because we don't care is a load of rubbish. If debating would be that simple, we would say that you guys don't understand and are wrong because you do care. See my point? Like I said ... I will refrain myself from reacting from this point on.

Gentlemen, gentlemen! Come on and behave! I didn't think I would ever have to write this down, but ... Aris is 100% right imo. There's a fundamental difference in poly bags on the one hand and boxes, games and all the other contents inside the box on the other hand. Heck, even the styrofoams are branded by Nintendo. A poly bag is not. It's just a piece of plastic, litteraly nothing more than plastic. It isn't branded, there's no text, no logo, not anything on it. Therefore Nintendo will not care about someone reproducing them and so shouldn't you guys. At least, that's what I think. If you want to care about it, by all means; be my guest. But Aris (and Andy and I) are as much entitled to laugh about it as you are entitled to care about the whole isse. No need to get dirty or 'set us straight'. No harm intended. sAner

I agree 100% with Andy on this matter. If you're such a purist / perfectionist, you shouldn't have put poly bags from different games onto your own games. The same goes for batteries.
Sorry if I offended anyone with the above remark, but come on guys and girls ... poly bags??
