And if you "forget" to contact PayPal to let them know you did get the game in the end, you might end up with a free YM-901 once this guy gets new funds in his PayPal account... How's that to compensate the heartaches you've been through... Well, maybe I'm getting a bit carried away here...

I think that unless you're "proactive" with your wheelings and dealings on eBay, you're gonna get left behind. I'm always very conscious of what I owe / am owed, and I act accordingly (most of the time, hey Paul ). For instance, I bought a NIB Crystal Climber from Emmo last year, and, because he "didn't have his act together", Paypal refunded me about 30GBP or something from his account to mine for some reason. That game I bought from him is faulty (anyone else have any problems with this ). I've tried to contact him a couple of times about this, without success. Should I re-refund the money that was returned to me? Would you? I don't think so. Why should I? In this case I'm only getting back a very small portion of what I'm owed, I believe. As far as the 901 guy goes, so far he has only sent out a group email to those people affected by his illness (rensmits got a carbon copy of my email). No personality about it. As soon as he contacts me, I'll discuss the matter with him to sort out our differences. After that, I hope that's the end of it... pulse8
