Hi
I have had 3 Turtle Bridge games and all the three there is no display. There is sound but no LCD Display. Is there a particular problem with Turtle Bridge or there might be some other fault?
Can anyone assist me as to what could be the problem? Also if anyone of us in the Forum facing the same problem?
Wierd but true with only Turtle Bridge.
Please assist.
Thanks..

Most likely the front lens has faded through the years and needs to be replaced. If you have another Wide Screen game that you don't value as much as Turtle Bridge (or just junk with a good lens), you can swap lenses and Turtle Bridge should work fine. Just make sure to place the lens correctly, because putting it in backwards will make the entire screen appear black.

Sorry to hear that aatifk. I've seen similar problems many times and replacing the lens has always fixed it.

No Mike, by lens I mean "lens," not LCD screen.
The thin transparent sheet that goes in front of the LCD screen so that you can view the graphics.

Well replacing it with one from mickey mouse should have fixed the problem.. Strange.. These "sheets" are usually damaged by the sun. They are responsible for faint or brownish lcds on the games.

Although you probably did, just make absolute sure the lens is facing the correct position. Otherwise no graphics will appear. Another thing you might want to try is carefully peeling the LCD screen off of the circuit board, gently wiping down the circuits, and then putting the LCD screen back in place. It doesn't have to stick to the circuit board, just make sure it is placed on there properly.
