OK, OK - there's nothing actually "wrong" with the description, it's just I felt that some of the claims made for the humble Mario TT Game were a little "exaggerated"! ie - "arcade quality controls and sound" - I don't think so! "high impact case" - Not after I've sat on it....... "continuous fun and entertainment for the entire family" - I'm sure mom will be keen to test whether the battery really lasts for 3 years. LOL. ;D I did say it was a "joke" trivia - I apologise if any of you feel cheated.

"MARIO's cement factory" is written in a different way, right?

I don't see anything wrong with this auction. The seller mentions that there's no foam in the auction description. Remember, you always have to read an auction description very carefully before bidding..

He doesn't really cover himself, because the game is defective - Just saying "check out the pic" does not remove the blame.
Panorama games just are very temperemental - A shame, when the build quality of the other games is so good.
That said, Panorama games can be resurrected if you know what you're doing !!!

Congratulations - give that man a lollipop! ;D
If you check out his previous feedback (not good) you'll notice it's not the first time he's done this!

That's correct. I think seller tries to imply that these are the original batteries included with the game he once bought, which isn't true of course..
Next ?
