Well apart from being an "endo" G&W, I believe this is a photo courtesy of The Retro Dogg!!! Is there a policy against doing this sort of thing? pulse8

Of course there is! Using photos from other auctions or stolen photos in general isn't allowed. This auction can be taken down if someone emails Ebay about it.

Is it the fact that they don't mention that one of the games comes with a rare battery cover? ;D ;D ;D pulse8

Hi Lio and pulse8, Oh Lio, you are great! The items' title is '4 game&watch', so it is wrong (you can read Japanese )..but I don't ask such question as it is written in Japanese. What is wrong (I think) is the clip itself (see the second photo)! Pulse8, your word 'rare battery cover' really makes me laugh , and you are also right too! (I think I ask the question wrongly, I guess as description is all in Japanese and it is not relavant to this thread..) Anyway, the seller mentions that 'rare' battery cover, and says that if we want, he will give it as a gift ( )so that games are playable. Our beloved game&watch feel pain with the clip Yoshi

Well...... the picture was wrong but he's now changed it? The original picture was of a loose game with instructions, which he must have "nicked" from elsewhere.
If it's not that, then I'm not sure!! Spelling of "rareest" not so good.. LOL!

The photo in the auction isn't from the item he's selling. How can we tell ?

Michael, I can see the Mario behind crystal screen, which means that it it comes with instruction (that Mario should be on instruction). The seller says 'no instruction', so he used a picture of somebody. Is it right? Yoshi
