Okay Mike, regarding the "Rare Items list and Collectors who own them", there are several updates that need to be made with regards to the "who owns them" part.
NOA Donkey Kong Hockey is no longer owned by Paul. As far as we know, there are 4 of these in existence - I own two of them, Beni owns one, and I don't know who ended up getting that one from electronic handhelds.
ACTION - Remove Paul's name from the "Who owns it" column and add Beni (1) and Aris (2).
ACTION - Change last column to "Known to Exist" and put the number 4 in it for this game.
NOA Punch Out - Keewan is not the only person who owns an NOA PO game. Beni has one, as do I. As far as we know, there are 4 of these as well. Keewan owns one, Beni owns one, I own one, and Taki owns one. There may be one more in existence, but, I don't know if it's the same one Taki currently owns. Remember when we first saw an NOA PO many, many years ago? Taki BINNED it for a cheap price, but the seller re-listed it, and if I'm not mistaken, Fox ended up winning it. I don't know what ever happened to that one, but, if it's not the one Taki currently owns, then, I can think of 5 NOA PO games that exist. If it is the same one, then, I can think of only 4 that exist.
ACTION - Add Taki, Beni & Aris to the "Who owns it" column. And add a 4 to the "Known to exist" column.
Blackjack OEM is also owned by Patrick Weiss (from the three OEM games you sold him) and I thought Paul owned one of these, but, it might have been only the DKII and SMB versions that he owned. At any rate, it would appear that there are, to our knowledge, 2 of these games that exist - Patrick's and Kevin's.
ACTION - Add Patrick Weiss's name to the "Who owns it" column and put a 2 under the "Known to Exist" column.
Ji21 stamped Popeye - There have been a few of these on ebay over the past several years, but, the only person I can confirm that has one is Philippe Renaud (phiphirenaud on the forum). I am sure I've seen at least two other examples of these, but, I don't know who ended up with them, but, I'd put the "Known to Exist" column for this game at 4.
ACTION - Add Phiphi's name to the "Who owns it" column and add a 4 to the "Known to Exist" column.
Gold Series Pouch - Paul sold two of these, one to Beni and one to Kevin. I don't know if he has anymore left. Taki has two of these for sale right now on his site. Ifiala2 bought one of these back in May of 2010 and coup_de_coeur_80 also bought one of these back in May 2010. So, there are at least 7 of these kicking around, 8 if Paul still has one.
ACTION - If 7 or 8 in existence is still considered rare, then, add Taki (2), Beni, Kevin, "Ifiala2" & "coup_de_coeur_80" to the list, and add 7 to the "Known to Exist" column.
Black Vermin - IMO, this is a fake. I think it's just a swapped out back Vermin/Exterminator game. However, I haven't seen close up pics of it, or, checked out the serial, so, I can't say for sure.
Vandame Octopus - This game is actually owned by Patrick Weiss, not Asgeir.
ACTION - Replace Asgeir's name with Patrick Weiss's name and put 1 in the "Known to Exist" column.
Candia Mickey Mouse - This game is now owned by Baluce. Andrew sold it nearly two years ago.
ACTION - Replace Willsh's name with Baluce's name.
Alsthom Atlantique Popeye - This game is also now owned by Baluce. Andrew sold this nearly two years ago.
ACTION - Replace Willsh's name with Baluce's name and change the "Item Name" from Alsthom Antlantique to Alsthom Atlantique (remove the "n" from A
ntlantique)
As for items that aren't on the list that I think should be on the list, I would include:
White SS - 7 exist - I can give you names if you need them.
White CG - 1 exists - Oliver (gameandwatchfreak)
Smarties Stamped Popeye WS - 1 known to exist
OEM Donkey Kong II - I know Patrick has one & Mark Colly has one
Full Shipper of SS games - Andrew Wee
Full Shipper of DKJR games - Andrew Wee
Full Shipper of Gold pouches - I have 1 & Damian has 3.
PS Fire Attack - Taki has one and Beni has one.
That's all I can think of for now, plus I'm tired and I need to go to bed. I have to be up in 4.5 hours!
