Ok, now this has been bugging me for a while, but can we loose the stickyness on some threads.... were loosing valuable space and unread posts are going onto the second page which I never look at and I'm sure others don't as well.
IMO threads deserve the survive on their own merit and 1/2 the ones that are currently stickied should not be....
Unstick them I say, if there used they will stay on the first page....
chant "....free the threads.... free the threads...."

I think that there are a couple of threads that could be moved elsewhere. For example, move the 'top 50 collectors' and the other 'collection' themed threads to the 'collections' section? That should free up some space. However, having said that, it's only been the past few days where recent threads have gone onto the second page. Normally, activity has been so low that the first page has covered several weeks of threads. Although I could move the threads or unstick some I'll leave it to Mike to decide. I can't help feeling that if threads are moved elsewhere, though, you'll still complain that you have to visit more than one page The other solution, Brendan, is to visit more often! Then you'll always be up to date with the recent posts without having to visit the second page Andy.

Brendan, I'm sorry but this isn't really an argument. If we had hundreds of users posting every day what would you do then ? There's also the "view the 20 most recent posts" option on the bottom of the board and it will cover your needs for now.
Andy's idea about moving a couple of threads isn't bad though. I'll think about it..

Ok, I've moved all collection related sticky threads to the collections area. This should empty some space in the main forum!
