Hi folks. It's my first post As i'm sure you all know, Tiger brought out dozens of LCD games that were spin-offs of arcade hits of the time. Seemingly improbable games such as Space harrier, Paperboy and Out Run were made. Out of sheer curiosity, I'd like to get a couple of these. But first I want to ask you people - are the Tiger LCD games complete crap? Or are some of them reasonably playable?

Hello and welcome to the board! Out of curiosity I bought a few a while back. I've got double dragon, karnov and gauntlet. Karnov is pretty decent but the rest are complete crap. The gameplay is pretty simplistic as to be expected and surely you shouldn't expect to experience the feeling of the arcades.. On the plus side, the lcd characters are big and similar to the arcade ones. You can probably find most games very cheap in Ebay.

Hi "Spector",
Welcome to the forum!! I've got at least one such as Megaman and think they're decent enough to play with esp. since they're usually obtainable for even $1 or $2 USD yet not worth collecting though considering they're pretty recent LCD games with way too much circulation!
