It's that time of the year again. For most of you it's nothing more than a distant memory, but I'm sure you haven't forgotten all about it. So how did you cope with them? Do you still have nightmares about them or couldn't you care less about theml? Any remarkable moments that you still don't dare to share with the rest of the family or friends? (don't hesitate to share those stories here, nobody's looking ) For me it's a pretty bad period since I don't do all that much during the year ;D Unfortunately it backfires on me every time in the end and that means I'm spending long hours behind my books right now. The good thing is that there's only 1 week to go, the bad thing is that there's 3 exams in that single week and I've got a feeling it's going to fry my brain eventually. This is also the reason I haven't posted much lately... Laurens

Laurens I wish you best of luck. I remember how it was, especially when I was in university and I was very relieved when I got my degree because I thought that I wouldn't need to study ever again! Unfortunately, my work involves A LOT of reading so that wasn't the end of it..
The only thing I can say is study hard now so that you won't have to study the same things again!

Yes, thank you Michael. I'm trying to hang in there, but it's hard with these temperatures. Only 2 to go now, but 1 is pretty d**n hard and I've got only 1 day for it. Oh well, there are worse things in life Laurens

It's in the field of law yes, criminology to be exact. 1 year to go after this one (unless I go and study something after this )

Oh boy, that's a LOT of reading and hard to remember all that stuff! I never liked memorizing text! But you're probably better at this since you wanted to study law..

Just wanted to say that I passed my exams I'm a happy man now. Only 1 year to go now. And Michael what you say about memorizing text...you would indeed think I should be good at it then, but actually I'm not. I feel other people of my class are better at this, but I just try to understand and explain in my own words. Then again, I think criminology and law are still 2 different things when it comes to that. Laurens

Thank you guys I'm happy I can relax now. It's such a nervwrecking period, those exams. And the proclamation at the end where they call out the names of those who passed the exams is not much better. I feel like a zombie the days before that, speculating about what could happen. Glad it's all over now so I can concentrate on the finer things in life Laurens
