And look at the feedback of the bid-retractors. Mostly sub-5 and quite a few negative totals as well. Idiots..

Hi Folks,
I have the piece of grass which moved under Beckam's feet (you know the missed penalty). You can have it for 10000 Euros, anyone interested...
More seriously:
I would like to create a little website and I wonder which software I should use. I tried "front page express" but it doesn't work very well. Do you know a good freeware, I don't want to pay anything.
Any advice is welcome.
Thomas.

Hi Thomas, I'm using a free program called "Webmaster 3" which is quite good, unfortunately the software and the free registration code is no longer available. Try searching on www.tucows.com/, there's quite a few HTML tools that are Freeware. Hope this is of some help. /QJ

I use dreamweaver MX 2004. It's a very nice program with loads of option. Unfortunately it's not for free.

Just fancied "firing up" this thread again. I've invented a great game (??) to do with ebay feedback (one of my obsessions as you probably know by now ) The "game" is quite simply this - using your wit and guile, you have to find the first person to have registered with ebay!! It involves a lot of scrolling, and as you go further back to the depths the more circular it becomes. There's probably a term for this activity - how about feedback surfin'? Nah... The furthest back I've got so far is: feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=debbys-emporiumThis geezer registerd in April 1996 (That seems like years ago - well, it is: ) But can you do better??

@mike -
That is kinda the point of my original post. I'm curious where the legend began.
I know it started life as auctionweb but that domain has long since perished.

There's something very odd going on there. A member since Oct 03 and yet all the feedback is from 96/97.

Probably a 'neg racer' - a new trend amongst bored teenagers - set up an account, rip a load of people off and see how low you can go before getting un-registered. I saw someone get to -130. Andy.
