Hmm, it seems a little dodgy, though: "2 working plus 2 not working" - wouldn't that make four games? Then why are there only three in the picture? And why on earth did he take the picture on what appears to be the rim of a bathtub??

Those three games had been listed as an auction, I had them on my watch list. Someone must have made the BIN offer and the seller accepted, the auction listing was ended and this would also explain the immediate BIN purchase on the re-listing.

Hi, I have contacted the seller about this one using the link to the Mario Bros that Andy won around Xmas time as an example. This is the response that I got Hi, and thank you for the support -- it appears my problem was that I was looking at completed domestic US auctions (which mine is right at average, probably) and NOT international auction sites (it appears it is very sought after in the International community but not domestic US). I will make a call to my Power Seller Support team to see if they can help me out any. Thanks again, Rob So you never know, it may be relisted by the same seller in the future. If he gets any support from ebay, which I doubt very much. Iain

Yeah I've noticed that too Kevin, He's often tricking sellers into selling carded games (The Mario Bros and Mario Cement especially come to mind) and reselling at a massive profit.
I got the exact same reply to my message as Iain, Lets hope its relisted at normal auction soon.
