I doubt there will be anyone willing to pay for this! The problem might get bigger if the seller decides to start selling other instruction booklets as well. I think a message to Ebay will suffice for now Michael

um...what would be the distinct difference between sellers who have in the past included these copied instructions as 'free' along with the sale of a game? Because ultimatley it's not free. It's just labeled that way. Slice it anyway you like, the 'infringement' factor would still very much be in play, being the fact that the instruction 'copy' albiet a small part of the sale package is still a part of what you are offering for sale. Anyone agree?

Yup, I agree with you Shankly. The phrase "slippery slope" springs to mind..... or "can of worms". At least this particular seller is stating quite explicitly that they are copies (Gawd bless 'im).. This is a subject dear to my heart (as many of you will know), as my particular "thing" in collecting is to have as many original ENGLISH sets of instructions as I can, and BTW I have been caught out on several occasions by FRENCH instructions, because the word "instruction" is the same (pronounced differently, of course - well duh, but spelt the same). Has anyone seen this auction?: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3168521384&category=2541Can they all really be genuine I have asked the seller (again as politely as I could manage) HOW he came to be in possession of 9 SPARE B/C's ??!!?? We'll see what he says ;D

Well I have to say that I agree with Shankly also! The same thought came striaght into my head after reading the first two posts.A copy is a copy! There is no other way it can be disguised.
