Well, I think they'll either not realise when they see it or they already know it's a reproduction.

Well Richard (our Richard?) asked the seller about it in the auction. Take a look at the bottom of the page! The buyer probably knows..

At least he says it's a repro. Wonder when we'll spot the first one that doesn't state that it's a fake I guess a nice boxed rainshower on eBay is usually going to be viewed by a number of forum members so it'll be fairly easy to keep track of. Here's hoping, anyway!! pulse8

Strange, I don't recall it stating it was a copy when I first noticed the listing..... I wonder if he changed it? Perhaps he visits this forum....

As far as I know, when the seller modifies the auction, it appears somewhere to say it's been modified. I didn't see such a thing on the page.
But clearly he just mentions it at the end of the description, like something not so important ;-)

Well... I don't remember having seen this the first time I looked at the page. That's why I did this comment. But if you click on the "revised" you learn what have been modifiedand when (17-Oct-06 15:50:59 EDT ). It seems that he changed the item spec from "new" to "used". That doesn't necessarily means he changed the text below. But I recognize to be new on ebay. I don't know yet how everything works. It should be usefull to see clearly what's been modified on an auction. But I'm not sure this is the case now.
