I'm amazed that it got that much considering that it was auctioned in this category! Nice price of course. The winner of the item is probably a new collector cause I've seen him bidding in other g&w auctions too. Michael

The category is of course wrong but then again, with the search "Game Watch" or "Nintendo", you would still have found this g&w. It's a shame that I missed it ... sAner

is a loose Egg really that desirable to you guys ? I thought hardcore collectors would only look twice at this game if it had some sort of box. Having said that in my early and naive days I bought a loose one for 100 pounds although it is flawless and with instructions.

Monkeygreen,
For me some games are just too expensive to buy boxed. Egg is one of them, but also the crystal screens for example. Therefore I would like to buy them loose. I am sure more members of this forum think alike.

Pieter, many many users just browse through Ebay's categories and don't use the search option at all. That's why items placed in wrong categories always sell for a lot less than they would otherwise.

I can't believe that ... anyone with the slightest interest in g&w's WILL find auctions with the words "game & watch" in the descriptions.
