Same thing just happened to me like Andy. Just found a nice buy it now at $110.00 for a OEM Super Mario. The seller just contacted me after half an hour after the auction and says they've mislaid the game. How do you lose a OEM box? Now they want me to cancel the transaction to get their fees back, normally I don't mind doing that, but I don't think I will on this occasion. Here's the auction: www.ebay.com/itm/171233258897?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649JB

It's not that great of a deal anyway, so I'm surprised someone else offered an amount significant enough that he would lie to you like that. Let's keep our eyes open and see if it shows up on eBay again.

Anyway I've just offered $400 for the OEM to see what reaction I get from the seller.

It really bugs me when people can't honor the original price they list it for. So will he be listing it for $400 now? Who knows, the way things are going someone might even buy it for that price.

And all of a sudden he is very knowledgeable about "OEM" boxes. 9_9
