I found an immaculate Mickey Mouse widescreen.. The only thing is that the ACL & ALARM button is flat.. Can anyone confirm if these are original buttons..? They are not the usual ones with all games. What is the history behind these buttons? Pretty interested in knowing what was the cause to put the flat steel buttons in place rather then the usual ones.

Hi
On some of the early widescreens, and all gold/silver games, they didn't have the little metal inserts in the ACL buttons, just a hole. So, this is quite normal. Check the serial number, it's probably quite early. Maybe one beginning with a zero?

By the way.. Andy does it make a difference if i change those buttons with the normal one's? As in working of the game and the originality?

For some collectors they would seem out of place but I don't think you'd be doing anything wrong.. If I were you I would like to preserve the game in its original state though..
