Can anyone suggest how can we make good the bad silver reflector pads behind the lcd screens to have a good working game?

I've experienced a few 'bad' reflectors, usually where they seem to have gone mouldy or got some kind of stain on them. In those cases I was able to swap parts, I am not sure if they are cleanable or not. It would probably be easier to make a new one. They just look like a shiny silver piece of plastic or card. I'm not sure if they have any special properties other than being silver.
The closest thing I can think of as a replacement would be the silver-backed card that you sometimes get as a lid for Chinese takeaways!

Hmm.. I don't think they can be fixed. The round rings are usually produced under direct sunlight. The only known solution is to replace them by getting a similar piece from another game.

You are right Michael.. It can only be replaced by a donor game pad.. Any idea about how to fix screen bleeding? Absolutely none i guess.. please let me know your view..

There's no way you can fix lcd bleeding. The reason is that the liquid has spread (leaked) beyond the sprite areas and there's just no way to put it back..

I tried the Chinese takeaway lid and it was as good as not seen. Then i tried and tried. Finally I got a break through. All we have to do is get two polarizer filter. I has to be placed on the lid and the 2nd is to be placed on the top screen in such a way that the lid is clearly seen. Make sure that the screen is not blacked out. If it is then reverse one of the filters till to get a clear screen to see the lid. Viola, it starts working brilliantly. I got this idea from panorama screen where they have this kind of arrangement. As i wondered without a reflector pad how is panorama working? This generated my idea and was successful. Hope this will help others too.. Regards.
