Yeah, they are great. Very interesting. I'd love to do my own fake version if there were to be another contest.

We thought about it a while ago but we just didn't have enough contestants. We'll try again near the summer! Btw, Flo's book auction managed to fetch 90 pounds!! Hey Flo, maybe you should start selling the books in Ebay! lol! ;D cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160415290392Michael

About the fakes: yes, in the book, there are two pages about the most funny and well realized "g&w fakes" from the g&w fans community (almost here). I mentionned all the creators and tried to contact them one by one to send them one copy of the book. But some people changed their mails or don't come to this forum anymore. So that I could'nt have any contact with them. But some of you can attest that I really tried to! Because they received their own copy.

Flo, I told you once you should sell your book on Ebay... This way you would let know to people your beautiful book , have more sales, and buyers would have the chance to get it for the real price. It is a shame that this guy is taking profit from your work. It's not fair but we know it happens every day in the real world. I'll buy you a copy in the near future, and rest sure i won't resell it!

And I would buy a couple if you ever decide to translate it! The best course of action imho is to sell your book in Ebay and flood it with your auctions. That way no seller could benefit more than you.. Michael

I got a copy of this book now It looks great, lots of lovely photos. Now, I have a lot of translating to do! Does anyone know the name of the Bandai game pictured at the top of page 179? It's a red solar powered handheld in which you controlled a man trying to break out of a jail cell. I remember playing it in the playground and although it's not a G&W, I wouldn't mind getting one. I've tried all the obvious google searches and can't find a reference to it. Andy.

Hi Everybody,
We are now finishing the translation in English of the first volume of The History Of Nintendo. The Second part (about the G&W) is also almost translated. We are planning a release this summer. Stay tuned! ^^
