Yes, but art collectors collect art because they are rich and they need to find things to reduce their cash in their pocket. Games collectors are nerds (no offence everyone) and most of them are extremely poor in comparison.
p.s. On my last post I should have said it was AT LEAST 10 times over priced. Likely a lot more than that!
Look at Paul's hockey, while we're on the subject...... Let's say he wanted to sell it and put an opening bid of $5000. Paul is probably the only G&W collector in the world who would be prepared to spend that much on it, so it wouldn't sell, even though it's only one of a kind, that we know of. That doesn't make it worth 10 times as much as that Atari cart, does it?

hmmm.... easy to make a paypal payment on 1750000$ in less than 12 hours...
Wonder if the credit card company will accept that payment...
