How many double standards are you going to come up with Nelson?
You originally took offence to the fact that I criticised your photo but now you're saying the same thing to me. Is it alright for you to do it but no one else to do it to you?
At no point am I being vindictive. All I've done is make a comparison between your auction and mine. If you can't see the similarity, that's not my fault.

Alan, there are no double standards. I meant exactly what I said. As your customer, I have done what is expected and proper. I'm sorry to say that my experience of your customer service is not quite up to the standard that you painted in this thread in your second post. If you have a problem about this, please e-mail me. as you were supposed to.
Please note that I have already e-mailed you earlier to take the discussion to e-mails.
Saner, thanks for trying to mediate here. I appreciate it. But sorry guys, but this will have to be my last posting. I don't know why I am still being subjected to so much criticism as a customer and as an auctioner.
Now let me get back to my other transaction i.e. I paid prompty but was sold a defective product and got a negative feedback. So pardon me if I'm getting a bit tired over all these issues.
Thanks again, Saner for everything.

I've been polite and generous in trying to rectify the situation. Many other ebayers would have totally ignored you when you first complained to them AFTER you left positive feedback.
The facts are simple:
1. I criticised your photo and you took great offence to it. 2. I sold you a product which you are not happy with. 3. You have criticised my photo. So be it. I'll live. 4. You are selling a product which the buyer may not be happy with for the same reason that you were unhappy with mine.
You obviously believe that you personally should have different standards from everyone elses auctions and other members posts on this forum.
As far as I am concerned everyone is entitled to their opinion. I don't believe that members of this forum should be free from constructive criticism. I don't come here to sit around with everyone slapping each other on the back telling us all how wonderful we are.
I certainly harbour no ill-feeling toward you. Good luck to you in the future.

Alan, you totally avoid addressing any of my points and just focused on swiching the subject to so many things i.e. double standards and other spurious claims. I'm just referring to what happened between you and me.
Please note that you have not gotten back on me on this issue by e-mail at all. You did not confirm any details that you said you did i.e. selling me some discounted instructions.
And while I'm waiting for your reply, I find you here unfairly criticisising my auction, my selling skills and my track record as a customer.
What have I done to you??? If you believe that you are a great seller, prove it by your actions and the way you conduct your auctions.
Trying to get a one-up on me in this thread through mere words accomplishes nothing and changes nothing over what you didn't do i.e. follow through with your "customer service"
Right now in front of the people, I just like to say that you don't have to do anything for our transaction if you are not sincere about it. And I'm tired of waiting for your e-mail. Your last e-mail to me was on the 28th Jan.
So just spare me the personal attacks. I welcome honest criticisms on my auctions via e-mail because I'm still new at it. Just don't insult my product in the public. is that too much to ask?

Hmm.. I think we should stop somewhere here. Please discuss this privately as the matter is personal and doesn't involve anyone else. Thanks Michael

I"ve spent enough time trying to please Nelson and am not prepared to waste any more time on this matter.
I have moved on.

Please note that you did nothing at all to "please me".
Kindly refer to your e-mails because you left me hanging. You did not give any CONFIRMED offer or details of discounted instructions beyong "Let me check". And that's the truth. Face it.
By the way, I had already given up on your after-sales servicing. Indeed, I will move on ... to a better seller.
