Hi guys, I've started working on a Handheld Simulator for PC in Borland Delpi 2005. As I'm pretty a newbie, I'm often blocked. So I was thinking maybe some of you guys know that language and could help me ?! Cheers, *** LAST UPDATE *** Here is the page: chokocat.chez-alice.fr/simulator.htmlAnd well yeah it is not a G&W ... sorry lads! Hope some can help me though

Oh boy, it's been some time since I've abandoned Turbo Pascal and I know little about OOP but maybe I can help in a few things (don't expect too much though!).
Btw, I think flash is better suited for this kind of stuff and there are some multimedia or game creation programs which are a lot easier than mastering a programming language!

Even if you know the programming system inside out, the hard bit is correctly replicating the game patterns. They are not random and as we all know, they get harder as your points increase. There also seems to be a peak at 65, 165, 265....points and then we all know that it mostly decreases when you reach a round 100...200.. So many secrets, it's impossible to correctly replicate most of the games.
Good luck, though!
Andy.

I used to code games for the PPC's. I used embedded visual C++. If you need the game to run as fast as possible you really need it to be c++ or lower machine language.
I think for a sim, maybe visual basic etc would be fine.
