Hey Badoshin! I saw you were the seller. I think you made a really good deal back then in Germany. Although the game itself is probably not worth a lot for a collector, the box alone is more worth than the price you've paid. sAner

I thought I would kill two birds with one stone with this post: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3270096924&category=44Ok, the smoking part is obvious, but if you read the description (and the price ) you will see that you are paying approximately £69,950 for a MINT box - Hehe Makes £641 for a MIB Rainshower seem quite reasonable ;D

Jon what am I missing..... where did you get the £69,950 from ? that auction is only £75 ? I must say that smoke damage does turn these things yellow though ( thats why I gave up 2 months ago, well that and the fact it was killing me ) also did you know one person who paid £640 for Rainshower tried to sell it a week later for £200 less and he did not do to well as I think he may well still have it now.

Jon just means that what's inside the box (the 25 cigars) is only worth 50 pence. You will have to pay 99,99% of the price just for the sealed box. At least that's what I understand from his comments.
But Jon; isn't it a bit the same with your mint Rainshower? --> 600 for the box and paperwork, 41 for the game itself?

Oh Bloody hell, I must look like a right thingy head! (and I wrote thingy head) I can assure you that when I posted the url link last night, the seller had an opening bid price of £75,000. She/he has obviously realised the "mistake" and corrected it. Doesn't stop me looking like a thingy-head though @pieter - I was simply highlighting the fact that what WE think of as a lot of money is a drop in the ocean with other auctions - Obviously I agree with you that it is possible to pay a disproportionate amount for items (especially given their original shop price! ). My point loses is efficacy, when it turns out the seller had put the wrong starting price. Doh!
