Hi! I don't have to worry about that, he already left me a positive feedback first.. ;D Both of my negative feedbacks have been left for the wrong reasons(1st one was meant for another person, & 2nd was a inexperienced eBayer saying they couldn't contact me). There was also a sticker on the back of the game(A red baby sticker), which was located over a screw on the back. I peeled it off and i found that the bottom middle screw was MISSING! I Notice this guy is selling several G&W's at the moment, so anyone thinking of buying something off him, I warn you in advance. I am really thinking about neg'ing the guy at the moment...I'm NOT happy

Just be careful, Pat. You should request more photos if you are buying stuff with poor photos. Some buyers also deliberately leave out details so that they can claim no responsibility for the product if it has problems which are not highlighted in the auctions
I'm getting sick and tired about sellers who take buyers like us for granted. Even if we paid up, it seems in the end it's always our fault.
Just take care.

The problem with Ebay and similar services is that they can't guarantee you that you'll get the item in the condition described or that you'll get the item at all. They do what they can but fraudsters are everywhere.
Nelson I understand you completely. Unfortunately Ebay can do nothing about it so you should leave a follow-up feedback describing the situation. Best thing to do in situations like that is to email the seller before leaving feedback and ask him for compensation. Most of the time this works..

Michael, it did not work in my case. He actually used my e-mail to file with Safeharbour. By the way, he already had several neutrals.
