Roz, sorry for going off of topic, but being another nOOBy I had to ask a few questions.
Here's another. I am rather keen on blister and carded packs, i have a bought some more recently.
Can everyone please give me their opinions, when you are counting your status do you count carded or blister packs as boxed??
Cheers
Neal

Wilson,
Correct. I think Matt (Nintendogw) had one once and sold it to someone in Sweden, not sure who the buyer was?
P
P.S Neal. Blister and carded are completley different. There are not sixty of them either.
Your 60/60 is only the standard box's

I am with Paul - I only count orthodox, standard boxes for myself.. Blister packs are just a nice extra..

Neal, this question should have been placed in the discussion forum.

Hi Neal, I wouldn't count them as boxed or MIB. They are MIP or Mint in packs. But if they come with all their accessories, you can consider them as complete as the one that come in their boxes and all their paperwork.
Roz, I have a Blackjack box, foam and instructions. Interested? Regards, Nelson.

Thanks Danny!
Just to clear up - yes half of that collection is mine.
Roz gets excited and het up about collecting the pieces of paper that they came with. The chances are I scribbled on the back of mine when I first had them and then threw them away. Just because they are 10-20 years old doesn't mean to me that they are any more exciting than when I first had them.
So to me having mine games is more important than the cardboard. Does anyone else here feel the same way??
Probably not!

Hi Roz,
I just noticed the Miyamoto signature on the Zelda box. That makes it exclusive, after all miyamoto was the founder of Zelda and Donkey Kong.
I have a loose DK-52 signed by him
I did some research on this matter and I found out he was in London for a signing session at Virgin megastore in feb. 2002. Only a few hundred people got to get their items signed, including gameboys, N64's etc. Imagine how many G&W are signed. Maybe this isn't worth much to most collectors, but a few "nintendo idiots" might pay a lot for these signed games.
Keep up the good work.

I remember a while back a signed DK-52 on ebay which nobody would bid on.
I think there were 2 main problems: it was a really poor condition game and nobody could know for certain if it was genuine.

Yep, this is a problem. His signature isn't that hard to copy. I do think the one I have is genuine, it looks like it's been written very fast without hesitating. If you want to fake this, you must practice his autograph at least thousand times. But I am no handwriting expert, who can tell for sure....

Well, I have to say that I never understood people's passion for autographs and I would never consider them worth acquiring..

Thanks Michael but that comment was unhepful. Masses and masses of people collect autographs and would certainly think that collecting old computer games that may one day not work for tens of thousands of dollars was crazy So everyone has their opinion! You are spot on Mattijs, that was where Mark got this signed. It was a big event and they were giving away copies of Zelda the Windwaker (about 5) to the people who got there first... (this was 4 months or so before the PAL release and it was actually a PAL game they gave away... I arrived wtih Mark on the first tube from Stepney Green, East London but there were more than 5 people there already, so I headed home to get some work done as I was working on a tight deadline, but Mark stayed... had a whale of a time, got this signed, met some cool people, shook hands with Shigsey and got a lot of respect simply for having a mint Zelda G&W box He wrote a mini article with pics here www.theyakshack.co.uk/index.php?page=shigsy
