I think Torsten has a more complete collection because he's got almost all game version boxes (1st, 2nd etc.). Taki has a lot of great items including non-Nintendo handhelds..

Hi! Yeh, i agree that Torsan has a greater collection. I'd hate to think how much money he has spent on it all!!

Given the choice out the 2,I would definately go for Torstens myself. However you never quite know what Taki has stashed away! He has the most amazing Pocketsize collection- and as far as I've noticed in the past, the only rare edition that he's missing is the NOA Punch Out.I know for a fact that he picked up one of those BRAND NEW 'Egg's not so long back along with myself and Michael, this is why I just don't know what he has and doesn't have,as they're all so poorly catalogued. I think if you're looking at collectors who collect G&W's 'ONLY' (or VERY closely related versions- ie Time out's etc etc),then Torstens your man.If you want handhelds in general then Takis your fella.Having said that,Cedric must have a few stashed away also. I too would be interested to tally up how much Torstens collection is worth.I was wondering on the way home from work (or should I say dreaming!),if I won the lottery all to myself one 'Roll Over' week, just how much it would cost to tempt Torsten to sell his entire collection to me in one lot + Taki to part with his Pocketsize's.It might be a bit of lazy way to kick start you collection, but geez- displayed correctly under the right sort of lighting in an expensive glass display cabinet(s),just think how awesome they would look! Right I think I'll stop foaming at the mouth, and put my todger back where it belongs now! (no wonder I was banned from the Animal Sactuary and The Girl Guides- the Courts just don't understand nowadays!) Mmmm

Right I think I'll stop foaming at the mouth, and put my todger back where it belongs now! LMAO ;D ....don't start waving your old boy around the forum thank you very much ;D Seriously now, I think both Taki and Torsten have got impressive collections. I know Taki has got a few interesting G&W related items he's pick up from Japan, like a perspex shop display stand that holds a widescreen game (I think Popeye). QJ

Yes, I remember that one. Have you seen another go for sale ? I think this one should be the only one ever sold anywhere. Very nice indeed and one of the items that get pulled out of auction very quickly.. ;D

I would pick Torstens collection ... it's awesome ...! I really like his collection as a whole. He's got a large side-collection with the shippingboxes and all.
And .... his site is very userfriendly and nice.

Torsten definately has a nice collection, but he displays most of his rare games on his website. Yet Taki, he probably has tons of rare games, which he does not show pictures of. Only that one picture of all those pocketsize games! Which is worth more than my entire collection! -Matt

I've got a few pictures (from a Japanesse auction) of some abused Silver boxes, the boxes are cut almost in half (including the foam)....it is depressing to see QJ
