Hey my little fuzballs, I've recently tried to put eBay bids on a couple of akajiyajp's auctions, and when I get to the "Confirm Bid" page, it says that I have been banned from bidding on any of akajiya's auctions. The seller (is her name Chizuru, or am I confusing them with someone else? ) and I have had a dealing or 2 in the past with no issues at all, and was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, or is it just me? Do you need to contact akajiyajp before bidding? I've asked the seller the question as to why this might be, without a response... Comments appreciated. pulse8

Innis, I haven't had any problems bidding in his auctions in the past but it's been some time now.. When an auction is open only to approved users you get a message on the top of the auction that says "open to pre-approved buyers only" and a link to ask for permission to bid. I'm sure that this isn't the case here.
What can I say ? Maybe he made a mistake ? The only one who can settle this is him..

SHE is called Chizuru Kawaguchi and she ROCKS ! ! ! She wraps her games with incredible daintiness, and uses "kitty" type wrapping paper/plastic wallets: www.sanrio.com/hellokitty/If she's not a lady, (s)he hides it well....

I've dealt with Chizuru around 5 times and is a great source of factory new stuff. I've never had any problems bidding on his/her auctions.
Every time I have opened one of his/her parcels I've been greeted with fantastic attention to detail and always a free gift ranging from cute keyrings to a Japanese magazine full of Game & Watch pictures and reviews (in Japanese) to a Nintendo watch in a box.
Great!

I've just noticed something REALLY wierd!! Chizuru's (Akajiyajp) current auctions are not showing up when I do my usual search: ie "game watch" and then "search by highest price" ;D ? ! ? ! ? ! ? I only find them if I specifically use the "advanced search" feature and specify "items for sale" by "akajiyajp2004" click HERE!OK, I've sort-of answered my own question. She is selling everything through her "shop" and most items are available to buy (on a BIN basis) for 20 days + Shouldn't they appear in standard searches tho?

Items sold in shops do not show in search results.

James you sound VERY certain!! Has this always been the case, or is it a recent phenomemomenonemon? So THAT's why the flagman hasn't sold

If an item is listed as 'Shop Inventory' it will only appear in your shop not in standard ebay searches. If an item is listed as 'Auction' or 'Fixed Price' listing it will appear in standard searches and your shop. The reason people use shops is much lower fees. You just have to hope people find your items. Full details here: pages.ebay.co.uk/storefronts/pricing.html

Go to: "advanced search" in the ebay opening screen. Then go to: "Items in stores". Then first go to: "Advanced Search" in that screen. Then you fill in the search word(s) and don't forget the to click on "Search Store Inventory items only".
Good luck, René
