Welcome Mike! If you have questions about the board, just send me a message. If you have any questions about the games, just leave a post! I see that you already have all the tabletop games. It seems that you've followed the opposite direction of what most collectors do..

Hi, I'm a new member but been collecting for a few years. I also collect Star Wars and Transformers toys. (vintage, of course) I have 48 loose and 32 boxed. ( I will put up some picts when I can. Star Wars and Tranformers too if anyone is interested) I am from Perth, Western Australia. I read that some collectors might be meeting in London in Dec 05? If so, I will be there from the 20th to 6th Jan 06. I was going to search the UK for G and W's but you guys probably bought them all already. Where is a good place to look? Camden Markets?? Take care Andrew

Hi Andrew and welcome to the board! It seems that a lot of people in Australia collect the games! If you want to join the collector list, please let me know!
Regarding your question and from what I know various people have been looking for game&watch stocks worldwide for a long time now so, nowadays, it's very difficult to find anything and even if you do, the prices will probably be a lot higher than what you can find in Ebay. Don't lose your hope though. Since we always see new items in Ebay, there's a possibility some shops still have a few of them stashed somewhere..

Hi Andrew
I think it's very unlikely that you'll be able to find new stocks anywhere in London. There are a LOT of collectors and resellers in the UK and all the obvious places in London would have been searched already. Your best bet is to try some car boot sales - and there are a lot in London. Just look in a local paper when you get here.
Andy.

Hi Andrew,
welcome to the forum, It's always fun to go ask old toy stores if they have anything left from nintendo in the eighties, I found a Safebuster once, and already found a lot of other interesting collectible nintendo goodies that way, for instance real nintendo of america neon signs from the eighties in their original unopened nintendo of america box (I still hold the record of having the biggest NOA box ;D)
There are a lot of toy stores that still have original nintendo eighties cabinets, neon signs and dealer signs, but most of them are not willing to sell,
I think if you look for g&w old store stock, you'll have to be very lucky,
Greets, David

Because we can address you this way.. using usernames is kind of impersonal..
Most handhelds can be fixed due to their simple design.. what's the problem ?
