Should Donkey Kong Jr Table top have had a black and white case, or dark brown and cream? All of the ones I've seen have been brown/cream but I always wondered if that's sun damage. I've never seen a minty new one. Does anyone know?
I want to make sure I depict it accurately on my website.
thanks
Andy.

I'm almost certain they're brown and cream.

Perhaps it's more of a chocolate/fawn combination... pulse8

What about the buttons and joystick? On mine the buttons are more orangey whereas all the other tabletops have red buttons

I think you've replied it yourself! Nintendo never used different coloured buttons in their games.

Mine looks orange as well, but we know that red fades pretty quickly. Like I said earlier in this thread (18 months ago!) I've never seen a new one so I can only go by my own. I guess a quick look at all the CJ-71's on ebay's and people's collections will either answer your question or confuse you even more!

Perhaps this game is the exception to the rule, then? Maybe they used orange because it's the same colour as the coleco case. Andy.

Hmm.. maybe but it's not really practical to manufacture games with different-coloured buttons. Well, we have to see a new one to make sure but even then, as Andy suggested the red might have faded to orange.

Michael,
My DKJr TT is 100% BRAND NEW. That's why I posted the pictures of it with my other brand new TT to show the colour difference.
