To be honest, I was a bit worried when he wrote GOOD LUCK in caps. I'll take a bow away from this auction.

Ok here it is: cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8105809858This was the item I purchased, he claimed it was stolen. I recon he then gave it to his friend to sell, he is then re-bidding on the item to jack the price up. I'm NOT HAPPY. So basically what I'm going to do is contact him and tell him to honor the origional auction or I'll contact ebay... as quoted: "well well well it's a small world after all, fancy your item appearing in Hobart on ebay again, and you bidding on it, twice..... I have a theory; this game is the one that was apparently stolen from your car. You then gave it to a mate to sell, and you are now bidding on it to jack up the price, along with other "bogus" users. Now in my personal opinion you should honour our original deal.... I'm sure eBay would just love to know how you have been acting…"

Ebay usually just ignore such things and tell you there is not enough evidence.
