game is stuck like this and sometimes plays continuous music, tried to resolder pins but didn't help, could it be a resistor/cap or it's probably the actual main ic that's gone nuts? Attachments:

Hello, From what you said and what the photo says two possibilities jump out at me. 1) The LCD screen itself might be partially chipped/broken. 2) You may have a problem with the white flexible piece that connects the LCD screen to the motherboard. It might need to be replaced completely, or just needs to be connected more securely. These are just guesses based on similar problems I've had in the past.

I know this problem on the same game ! Problem : bad connect between screen to the motherboard

thanks for the replies, I already tried to replace the ribbon cable or clean the contacts but didn't work, also the screen is not chipped...that's why I was thinking some cold solder or the bad chip...I will try again.
