Awesome collection!
Well done mate. They do really look great lined out like that. Are you possibly looking at getting a display cabinet for your games now?

Well done on amassing the complete collection is just 10 months Pete! Amazing!! I don't know what's wrong with me, but I seem to be agreeing with a lot of what Andy has been saying lately.... Seriously though, they really do look nice loosely displayed, and why not? I mean, the games themselves is what we remember as kids, not the boxes!!! As for the discussion on the Judge game and whether a full collection is 59/59, 60/60, or more, I'm of the mind that 59/59 is a full collection. After all, those 10,000 SMB specials were only available to participants of the contest in Japan, and us other collectors could only add this game to our collections via these participants (directly, or indirectly). It wasn't a game that was sold in stores, it wasn't even issued in any country other than Japan, and the game is identical to the NWS game with the same name. If you think about it, Purple Judge and Green Judge are the same game, but, they are different colours, and they come in different boxes. Well, so is NWS SMB and SMBS. Same game, different colours and different packaging/boxes. So really, how could it be considered an additional game to collect, when it really is no different than Purple Judge and Green Judge? Yes, I know it's a special edition, but, if your reason for not counting Judge as two separate games is b/c they're the same game, then, you can't count SMBS for the same reason. Even if it does have a different model #. Having said that, all the CS series games are also identical to the games with the same names of the NWS series, but, CS games belong to the CS series, and NWS games belong to the NWS series. The SMBS doesn't belong to any series, b/c there's only one of it's type. I'm not even going to bother arguing the discussion on whether different shades of a particular game constitute an additional game to collect. I think everyone here realizes how ludicrous such a suggestion would be if anyone seriously suggested it. AC out PS Oh, BTW, since they're all (except for the CBF) loose, getting the serials off them would be easy as pie! Can you either submit them to me via PM, or post them in the G&W serial number database thread?

I don't know what's wrong with me, but I seem to be agreeing with a lot of what Andy has been saying lately.... I guess that we are both older and wiser, and neither of us have the time or the inclination to have a go at each other Either that or you're storing up all the little things I've said that annoy you for later use when we next have a flame war! ;D I hope that never happens. PS Oh, BTW, since they're all (except for the CBF) loose, getting the serials off them would be easy as pie! Can you either submit them to me via PM, or post them in the G&W serial number database thread? I can't believe so few people have provided serials so far. How long will it take you? 5 or 10 minutes?! Andy

HAHAH once I completed the collection I took on other endevours. Mikes forum was low on my list. I acheived my goal of 60 / 60 and felt flat so found it hard to keep updating and juping in and out of the forum, trying to break hiscores ect..
Im still around.
