Well, I must have been really bored last night because I finally got around to taking pics of all my games! My apologies in advance for the lighting on some of the pics, but, I think most pics turned out pretty good. Other than my boxed RS and Lion box, (I haven't received them yet, but hope to have them in a few weeks) everything else that I own is pictured. Oh, I think Devster owes me a few things too, but, he hasn't shipped them out to me for years now, so, I wont include those. Hmmm.... I wonder if I can still get my money back from PayPal..... AC

Looks great Aris! Do they all explode when you whisper the word "BIN"? ;D It's very nice to see what you can collect with a lot of patience. Cheers, René PS: how much for the boxed egg?

Thanks Pheldge and Rene. Well Pheldge, depending on how things go, I might have to sell some of my duplicates.... Yes Rene, I'd say more than half would explode if you said BIN! LOL! ;D Funny you ask about the boxed Egg! I got it for about $350 CDN! I was late that day for work, because I was working out a BIN deal with the seller. The Flagman is a French version. The box has French writing on it, I think it's rather unique. I got it pretty cheap too, only 100 Euro! No instructions though, but the game is mint with no bleeding. The box has seen better days. One of the MCF's is rare too, it's the Italian version with Italian instructions. And I filled my G&W pouch bag with a great deal on 10 pouches (original bags) from Taki - $100!!! ;D ;D ;D Any other questions? Aris

Sorry RS, the Egg is not for sale at this point. Not even the nice loose one I got. (which, by the way, only cost me about $30! It was part of a BIN auction with two other games, one was Parachute, and I can't remember what the other one was, anyhow, the guy listed it with a BIN of $90, and I just happened upon it first!) Julien, thanks for the kind words dude! I count 137 games in total. Too bad half the boxes are empty.... Just kidding. I think two boxes are actually empty, one is the First Edition DK box. The game was shot, but, I didn't have such a box, so, I BINNED it for about $40! (not realizing the game didn't work at all) And I think one of the Snoopy Tennis boxes is empty too, so, I guess it's really only 135.... Aris

So if I'm right, you have two empty boxes (a DK and a Snoopy Tennis). And I have a loose Snoopy tennis.
Life's a bi***... ;D ;D

If you want the Snoopy Tennis box (there's no foam or anything, it's just the box) you can have it, you'll just have to pay for shipping. And, I would need your address too.

Great collection Aris! It's a good thing you have the space for all these games. I would have sold all my spares if I were in your position!

Is there any reason for buying the same games&boxes 2-3-4 times? I'm just curious. Congrats for your collection!

That is an impressive collection Aris! Congrats! One question; don't you fear those nice looking boxes will get dented now you piled them up like that?!

Hey Mike, thanks! Yeah, I'm thinking of possibly selling some of the spares, so, my collection may decrease in size at some point in the not too distant future. Thanks Pablo! Regarding multiple purchases of the same game, well, before I started collecting the games via ebay, I already had a dozen or so games, but, I didn't store them in the best of ways, so, a lot of them were fairly scratched up. Then, when I started collecting, I went through the "growing" stage of buying via ebay, where you make those rookie mistakes and end up getting games that aren't exactly as described, or where certain tidbits of information was cleverly omitted. And lastly, sometimes (for me anyway) auctions are hard to pass on when they're undervalued, so, even if I already have the game, I found it hard to pass on trying to win an auction that was below its true value. Ideally, I always wanted to have two of each game boxed and two of each game loose, just as a back up. But now, I just keep an eye out for good deals, and of course, games I don't currently own. Pieter, thanks for the compliment on my collection! Your question is valid, however, I feel, with the way the games are designed, i.e. the dimensions of the styrofoam tray holder, I think piling games on top should not result in dents to the games below. Some of the boxes do have some denting, but, I can assure you, the boxes were like that when I got them, and not from a result of my storing technique. Having said that, storing them the way I do, will indeed result in some wear occurring, so, that's why my Egg game is on the top of the Wide Screen games pile.... ;D Aris

Nice haul! Interesting that you haven't showed us any of the PS games you swiped from under the noses of many collectors! What's happened to them? Sold them off or afraid to exhibit them?! I notice you have the rare red, orange and yellow variations of the Donkey Kong box Andy

Hee Hee! Thanks Andy! I don't own any PS games. They were sold at a nice tidy profit. ;D Actually, I think I even swapped one with a fellow collector. Coincidentally, I owned the exact same PS games that Andrew has just uploaded on the Collections thread! Just not in as good condition. Hmmm.... I never thought of that! I wonder if anyone else owns such a rare trio of DK boxes.... ;D Aris
