LOL, what is that? Turtle bridge? Parachute? It doesn't really look exactly like either!
Ah, Lion, maybe?!
I think that there's some DK2 in there as well!!

Michael
Oh, while we're on the topic of loser sellers, that chick (roundboobsdorothy) who stole pics from JWTW's auctions, as well as other people's auctions, and sold a bunch of "low supply/high demand" games for great prices, is no longer a registered user on ebay. AC
I bought a couple of those games. Needless to say they never arrived. I realised quite quickly something was up (dorothy-or-whoever wouldn't send me any tracking info...then I did some research on the flagman she was selling and sure enough came up with exactly the same pics on Patrick's site from a sale a couple of years ago). I tried to warn ebay that I was pretty sure this was a scam, but there was NO way to actually contact them with my worries. Trying to approach ebay directly is a Kafkaesque experience...I tried for a few hours one afternoon. Anyhow, I had to wait the full couple of weeks for my supposed parcel never to arrive, then go to the resolution centre, before ebay finally returned my money. Oh well. Too good to be true I suppose. And I guess ebay are loaded enough to take the hit on scams like this? Al

Well, Ebay's stance on such matters is puzzling to say the least. They don't take reports seriously. They won't tell you what is going on with the ones you've sent them and they won't tell you what they have done about them. You don't even know if they have read them! Usually they result to nothing. Preemptive measures is an unknown term for them. They lose so much money to scammers and still they won't do anything about it!
This seller managed to get lots of money just by using a bunch of stolen photos, probably stolen descriptions and a new account. I think Ebay's credibility has dropped considerably the past few years and they don't seem to care enough to do something about it..

Yes, looking at his feedback it seems like he deliberately misrepresents his items. 4 out of 5 stars for the item as described category and 4 out of 5 for communication. I would stay away from him. In my experience sellers that don't care about communication usually they don't care for much else..
Mind you this isn't uncommon in Ebay..

Judging by the (VERY recent) 4 neg feedbacks, perhaps the ebay account has been hijacked??
It's just crazy that this account was registered in 2001 (Yep, a decade ago), and until 9th April 2011 (2 weeks ago) the seller had 100% feedback rating...
Seems a bit fast for a good seller to turn bad!!

Jon, Ebay's feedback system presents only the feedback left during the last year so now it's impossible to know the real history behind this account..

Well, you can still browse all the feedback pages to look for bad or neutral notes.

Yes, I'm refering to Jon's comment about the feedback percentage.. maybe I didn't express myself correctly..

WARNING!!! ROUNDBOOBSDOROTHY IS BACK!!!! Do not buy any of this seller's items. The pics are stolen from Jon's site here: www.gameandwatchnow.com/Check out the Flagman pics: www.gameandwatchnow.com/showstockimages.php?stockid=34I'm sure this is the same seller who used that ebay id "roundboobsdorothy" a few months ago. Anyway, I've sent Jon a PM, so, hopefully he can get ebay to remove the auctions. Regards, Aris

They're definitely Jon's pics. AC

hi aris, i almost bought climber crystal boxed, also there was one climber crystal that didn't work and if i remember properly there also was a crystal balloon fight, here is the link on the one i almost bought cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260782586830&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123but the game didn't sell the first time so she agreed to sell it to me but two days later the game was listed again, very strange but when i asked for some extra pictures, she wanted me to show the game via webcam but suddenly the game was sold to someone else,so indeed be careful and maybe i was lucky the last time
