Fair enough, and I should have mentioned that Andreas has JUST achieved a feedback rating of 1000, so I congratulate him for that. I also accept that I AM biased towards powerseller-man and crayzeetracy, because I have found them to be exemplary ebayers (although I can't understand why Tracy is Naru'd ). I have scrubbed the rest of this post too. Self-censorship again. I think I overstepped the mark, and I think the simplest thing to do is remove the potentially offending material.

Hello Friends, i have to say some words... @condition of the popeye box sometimes items looks better sometime worster on pictures. sometimes it can be a description fault. i will look again on the popeye when i am at home, but i thing it was really one who looks only worse on picture. @my condition i have collecting also for years and i have bought my collection from all known Collectors arround the world. my condition description are based on this collectors which really know what MIB means. @condition today are very much collectors on the way who doesn't know what means MIB. i have in the past selling some near mint games and the buyer have email me that the game are like new, better like the mint ones which he have bought from other sellers... no comment... i have in the past sold some G&W in all conditions. i really have never get a bad feedback and have never get a bad respond that i have make a bad description. I HAVE 100% HAPPY BUYERS. jonwiththewindsorry for my bad feedbacks, i will never again give a bad feedback to known G&W sellers because they make a bad descripition and then doesn't answers on my mails... perhaps you are interested on this both """MINT""" items? i will sell it for you for a good price, then you can complete your """MINT""" Collection or sell this """MINT""" games... i know it is hard for some sellers to write to a rare G&W Item that it is only near mint because it has 2 little marks. it is more profitable for some sellers to sell it as Mint/NEW. sorry but i will not accept this. greets andreas

Hi Andreas, Actually I am interested in the purple judge if you still have it! Send me some pictures and perhaps we can discuss a price? I don't think it is possible to find a nicer one than Crayzeetracy sold! Anyone care to sell me a better example ? ;D I COMPLETELY accept that where sellers lie about the condition of games you are justified in returning the item etc. etc. but the two auctions I was discussing had plenty of pictures (IMHO) so you could see exactly what you were bidding on. Enough ranting from me I hope there are no hard feelings. Jon (wtw)

...
and john, when i will give every time a bad feedback when something is wrong with the description, you will found arround ~50 Bad Feedbacks given by me. but ~48 time i have resolved the problems with the seller by communication, only this two times they doesn't response on my emails. i have reported the problem with crazytracy in spinal forum very detailfully, word by word, because i haven't understend crazytracys reactions. i will post the picture of this """MINT""" game i have make after i receive the item in this forum.
the same to powerseller-man, i have make a lot of trades with him in the past. i have think we have already resolved this problem by emails but then he don't answer me more on emails for weeks.
i will post the picture of this both """MINT""" games in this forum, which i have make after i receive the items.
greets andreas

I have to disagree with you IFT2000, sorry. This is by NO way getting off topic. The threadsubject is "Bad descriptions or misleading information" and that's what Jon and Andreas are discussing. Besides, in the whole g&wselling-world this subject is by FAR the most problematic issue. I agree with Michael that pictures often tell enough. Why should you be mad at a seller when he calls an item c9 when you can clearly see at the pictures that same item is c8 or even less? What's the point in that? Look at the pics and decide whether you want to bid. Anyway, who am I to talk about this subject?? I am a cheap bastard who doesn't bid on mint or NIB items. Cheers, sAner

No Pieter, the discussion was a bit personal and was on a way to become a dispute and that's why I intervened.

What gets me is look at the price £22 already and it nackered. Tut tut tut I say. Maybe he does not know the game is ment to hold shut "I think not" also it states batteries are low so screen faint "I bet"

Hmm.. the problem with such items is that you can't really tell if it's because of the batteries or not..

This item is NOT "New in Box" cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3074122139&category=4315Where's my gun? - I'm gonna sort this no good punk out Clint Eastwood style He says "Box is worn but game is perfect.Has alarm and time.Mfg in 1981.Questions? " in his description. I have a question: Why are you such a thingy ? (and I didn't write "thingy" ) ;D either the box is "worn" or it's "new" - What's it to be

Well, the problem isn't that it's worn Jon. After all, a new box can have wear due to its age but there's no instructions, no plastic bag, no paperwork, no batteries, no nothing! How can an item like that be new ? I think the seller meant "game is like new"..
