The existence of this game was unknown to most of us some years ago. Amazingly more than one have surfaced since then and one white crab grab also made an appearance in Ebay! In here, we discuss the reason behind this release and whatever information we can find about it!
This topic is an effort to list some of the game&watch related sites out there. This is a work in progress and your help is needed so if you know of a site that isn't included in here, let us know!
Links and information on all the latest rare items that have appeared in Ebay or other sites. Only completed auctions are discussed for obvious reasons!
Link. Blisterpack game prices
have gone up a bit the last few years. Collectors who have completed their main collection have started looking for alternative
releases and interest in these items keeps rising every day. Those who are put off by the high prices should be glad to hear that
there are still bargains to be found if they're patient. This is a very nice french mario bros blisterpack release (but with english
and french text on the front) which is extremely rare! The end price of 131 euros is nothing sort of a bargain!

Link. In this section of the
forum we usually present nice and rare items or items that in some way or another differentiate from all the items sold usually in
online auction sites. But it's a rare pleasure to present an item here that was but a myth (for some it still is) for most collectors
some years ago. The Nintendo of America version of Boxing, Punchout is one of the about 5 rarest game&watch items and it's of course
extremely hard to get a hold of. While the international version, Boxing, came with a drab red box, this release came with a
wonderfully designed box, as it should have been created in the first place! In the beginning of the 80s, NOA made a decision to
offer the games in colourful boxes, in America, instead of the very dull regular ones and the reason was obvious. Kids are attracted
to colourful designs and considering that everything in America is usually flashy, it's not so hard to imagine why NOA made this
decision. They created the pocketsize series of games and also released colouful boxes for the supercolour and micro vs games. The
end price of this complete item was only 455 euros which was a surprise for most of us but it proves that such items are indeed
within our reach!!

Link. Videopoche, Tricotronic,
Ji21 and other localized game&watch releases are usually misappreciated versions of the games. The reason is that collectors prefer
the international releases that came with english instructions and paperwork instead of, let's say, videopoche releases which were
targeted to the french speaking population in France and Belgium. This is why, while these releases are a lot rarer, they don't get
the same attention and prices are rather low. If you're looking for rare items, why don't you take a look at the videopoche releases?
Only a few model numbers were released under the videopoche logo (mainly from the gold and wide screen series) and all can be bought
for reasonable price even though they are very hard to get. How many times can you say that for rare game&watch items? The end price
of this nice videopoche lion was only CHF126! See what I mean?
